2. Delivery Coverage
Nationwide delivery across Kenya via direct service or licensed courier partners
Same-day or next-day delivery may be available within Nairobi and surrounding areas
Deliveries outside Nairobi may vary depending on courier network and location
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Nairobi: 1–2 business days
Other major towns: 2–4 business days
Remote areas: 3–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to courier issues, weather, security, or public holidays may occur, but we assist in resolving them.
4. Shipping Costs
Charges are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and size
Nairobi: Flat delivery fee applies
Outside Nairobi: Courier rates apply as determined by the service provider
Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery error is our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Orders are processed after payment confirmation
Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day
Customers receive confirmation emails with purchase and delivery details

7. Delivery Terms
Deliveries are made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure accuracy
If unavailable, the courier may attempt re-delivery or arrange collection at a nearby office
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation
8. Failed Deliveries
Orders may be returned if delivery fails due to incorrect address or repeated failed attempts
