  • Nationwide delivery across Kenya via direct service or licensed courier partners

  • Same-day or next-day delivery may be available within Nairobi and surrounding areas

  • Deliveries outside Nairobi may vary depending on courier network and location


3. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Nairobi: 1–2 business days

  • Other major towns: 2–4 business days

  • Remote areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates. Delays due to courier issues, weather, security, or public holidays may occur, but we assist in resolving them.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Charges are calculated at checkout based on location, product weight, and size

  • Nairobi: Flat delivery fee applies

  • Outside Nairobi: Courier rates apply as determined by the service provider

Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the delivery error is our fault (e.g., wrong or defective item).

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM are usually processed the same day
